Your retreat includes an opening night gathering, daily Four Directions ceremony, morning and afternoon yoga sessions, and many hours of free time to explore the incredible forests of Opal Creek. Join us for a weekend of breath, meditation, yoga, and beauty. This workshop is open to all levels.
